How do I copy Markdown content into Microsoft Word?

Use Copy as Word to copy rich HTML to the clipboard, then paste into Word. Headings, lists, tables, and code blocks are preserved better than pasting raw Markdown. If the browser blocks clipboard access, allow permissions and try again.

Common Markdown constructs are supported, including headings, emphasis, lists, links, images, fenced code blocks, tables, blockquotes, and task lists. Code fences use highlight.js, math uses KaTeX, and Mermaid fences render diagrams such as flowcharts, sequence diagrams, and Gantt charts.

How do I export a PNG image?

Open the export menu, choose PNG export, and the preview HTML is rasterized locally. Large pages may take a few seconds; remote images must be loadable by the browser for best results.

Is my document uploaded to a server?

Editing, rendering, and export run in your browser. Tool4Dev does not receive your Markdown body as part of normal usage. External images referenced by URL may still be fetched by your browser when rendering or exporting.

How does auto-save work?

The latest editor text is stored in localStorage so a refresh can restore it. Use Clear saved data on the toolbar to remove it, or press Ctrl/Cmd+S to trigger a manual save toast.
